At Cap Villas, we work directly in collaboration with a local French real estate agency that has direct access to all the premier villas in the area. On purchase transactions, Cap Villas acts as the representative for the buyer and the estate agency represents the interests of the seller. Together, we split sales commissions on a 50/50 basis.
Property Audit Guidance
A crucial part of any home-buying process necessarily involves assessing the soundness of your proposed investment. The Compromis de Vente
